75mm curved face with interlocking laths.

Frame
Steel angles with various sizes of “U” or “L” shaped guides.

Barrel
Manufactured from mild steel tube with tempered helical springs inside.

Finish
Galvanised lath and guides. Aluminium finish sprayed end plates, angles and barrel. Operation Electric motor or manual chain operation.

Safety
Safety brakes are used on electrically operated shutters as required by law.

Canopy / Motor Cover
1.2mm pre-fabricated steel canopy.

Finish
Powder Coat in RAL and BS range of colours, Plastisol finish in BS colours. Hot Dip galvanising of all components.

Operation
Push up or chain operated manual shutters Direct Drive, Flange Mount or Tube motor operations pre–wired with low level operation via push button station or key switch/rocker switch. Single or 3 phase operation

Curtain
Perforated or punched for ventilation available with polycarbonate glazing. Wind anchor laths & guides on wider applications. Insulated laths with integral weather seal to base and vertical brush seals.

Frame
Various sized steel angles turned inwards or outwards. Aluminium sub-frames can be supplied for mounting onto insulated panel structures.

Automated options incorporating:-
Automatic opening and closing, electronic safety edge and photocells, card readers, remote transmitters and traffic light systems.
